Directions
From Seattle or the eastside via I-5 Northbound
Take Exit 174 toward NE 130th St/Roosevelt Way
(this is one exit north of the Northgate exit)
At the off ramp stop sign, make a slight Left on 5th Ave NE,
and get into the right lane
Take first Right on Roosevelt Way (it may say NE 130th St, as well)
Stay straight for about 1/2 mile (the road becomes NE 125th St)
Turn Left on 15th Ave NE and travel about 400 feet
Turn Left into the Jackson Professional Center parking lot

From Edmonds/Mill Creek/points North via I-5 Southbound
Take Exit 175 toward NE 145th St
Turn Left on NE 145th St and cross over the freeway and travel about 1/2 mile
Turn Right on 15th Ave NE and travel about 1 mile
Turn Right into the Jackson Professional Center parking lot

From Lake City Way, travel west on NE 125th St for 1.3 miles
Turn Right on 15th Ave NE and travel about 400 feet

You may park in front and come through the double glass doors. There is a waiting area inside, in the event you arrive early. This entrance is ADA accessible. You may also park in the back of the building where there is an entrance leading directly to my office.
